I looked into having someone come in to mount two 60" televisions on our office walls and Alex responded instantly to my online inquiry. Alex does great work, easy to set up an apointment, made some good recommendations, he was knowledgable, quick to install and showed me everything I needed to know about my new mount, he even took a second to give me some advice on wiring my basement for A/V for my upcoming renovation. I called Alex around 1pm. Had a few back-and-forth over the phone/text for my tv and quotes. He showed up at 3:30pm. Spent an hour overall. Explained everything in detail. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Alex for not only his great service in wall mounting my two TV's, but also the great advice he gave all the way through.

I purchased a large flat screen TV to replace our older one in the family room, and then had the old one moved up to the master bedroom. I had gone out and purchased a fixed wall mount figuring this made the most sense in a relatively narrow room, but Alex explained the benefit of a tilting wall mount to keep the angle right when watching the TV. His tilting wall mount actually cost less then the one I purchased!, so obviously I went with his for both TV's.
As well, I had purchased a soundbar as many of the reviews online of the newer thinner flat screen TV's had mentioned poor sound quality from the TV and that a soundbar made a lot of sense to improve the quality of sound especially for movies etc. Alex suggested I listen to the TV sound quality first and maybe wait on installing , especially because what I described to him was trying to get a "home theatre type sound in the room. His recommendation was to maybe wait a while, and then decide if it made more sense to get a modest home theatre system later on which might better fit was I was actually looking for. I'm glad I decided to hold off!

Quite honestly, this is not what I expected. When I called for the appointment, I thought it would be similar to what happened several years ago, when a gentlemen came to my home, installed the TV on my wall mount and left. Fair enough I guess, but Alex really over delivered in my view. I am very happy with my decision to call him. He was quite generous with his time.
