I was very impressed with the work that was done, and the speed it was done in. The installer, Ilya, was helpful and even offered suggestions on how best to position the mount for an easy-to-use setup. I was very appreciative of his suggestions and certainly his work in getting the TV mounted into a concrete wall. Anyone in need of similar services should definitely consider SetupTeam.
