Ralph was very -professional and friendly. His cost was great and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Ralph. I received quotes from many companies and their prices were really high. Ralph was recommended from another customer and door was installed within a month other companies you had to wait four to six months.

We had all the windows in our home done in 2017. We were referred to Ralph by a friend who highly recommended Ralph. After getting quotes from several other companies we decided to go with Ralph because of his price for the same quality and rating windows, time frame in which he could complete the job, and just general satisfaction with Ralph's professionalism and friendliness. Ralph installed our windows in the time frame promised with quality and care. One year later we are happy with our windows. Ralph cares about his customers and addressed some issues with our door (even though our door was not part of our purchase with Ralph).

On a side note - Ralph has proven he is not out to gouge his customers. We actually first asked Ralph to look at our windows in 2015 after we had bought our home, and were short for money, but wanted to do our windows if we needed to. Ralph advised us that our windows could wait a couple years even though that meant he would not get our business at that time.

The windows in our 100 year old home had been nailed, screwed, and painted over so many times, they were badly in need of replacement. Ralph was recommended to us by a trusted contractor friend who used his services for her own company. Ralph turned out to be another win for us. His quote was reasonable, he completed the work in the timeline set up, and the quality was first-rate.
We had seven windows replaced at the front of the house, five in a rectangular bay and two on the front porch. He and his assistant showed up at 8:00 AM, as promised, and had the old windows out (no small job, all things considered), and the new ones installed, by mid afternoon. All the old windows and debris were cleaned up and taken away, so all we had to look at were our beautiful new windows.
Ralph and his assistant were very personable, concerned, and considerate. Apart from having no windows for a few hours on a very blustery October day, we weren't in the least inconvenienced by the work, or their presence.
We are so pleased with the work, we immediately asked him to quote on a further installation.
