Cook top burner repair (fixing another "contractor's" mess)
Alex was amazing from start to finish. I contacted his company via email on Sunday afternoon, not expecting to get a response until Monday. Instead I received a call from Alex within 10 minutes. He explained that they don't always respond that quickly, but based on the fact that I was trying to get a repair done (because another contractor had done a very poor job and refused to come back to fix the problem) he wanted to schedule a visit ASAP. He came out on Monday to assess the problem. He provided a quote for the parts and labour and came back today (Wednesday) to complete the repair. The previous contractor was a complete disaster. Dealing with Alex has been a pleasure. He explained everything clearly, explained options and alternatives, and was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
