Bc's Best Move

Drew, Josh and Josh arrived on time and had my 3 bedroom condo contents loaded onto their truck in less than 3 hours. They unloaded at my new place just as quick and efficiently. Nothing was damaged or missing and furniture and boxes were placed where requested. The price was bang on to the quote Drew gave me when booking. I’d use this company again and would definitely recommend.

Top notch professional movers. We have moved several times over the years and to be honest our experiences have not been awesome. Bestmove truly exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, efficient, professional, respectful and friendly. This is hopefully our last move for a long long time but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

Communication via homestars and email with Ryan was prompt. Estimate was clear.

On arrival day, the three men showed up early, were friendly, and did a great job. No stress for me at either location.

This was my first time moving with a company and I was recommended by a friend. Drew and Matt were very friendly and professional. They were very organized and asked beforehand what should go where and made sure none of my belongings were demanded. Would definitely pass on the recommendation and use them again in the future!

From the moment I called this company they were kind and courteous. They arrived promptly on schedule the day of my move and took very good care of all my belongings. Normally my family and I tough it out when we move. And usually try to convince some close friends to help with the move. Are family is at the size now that we just simply need professional help. We just used BC's Best Move for the third time. It's a great company with great employees. Each time we have moved with them, we have been able to put our full trust in the team to take care of our belongings. They are efficient, professional and courteous. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The two movers that came were very nice and courteous but I feel the company did insufficient research prior to the move and became very unresponsive afterwards. They brought 5 ton truck for a small 2 bedroom apartment which in turn required them to park a block away because they couldn't fit it into the garage. The entire load filled maybe 1/4th truck and because they brought a truck to move the size of a house when our quote specifically said a 800 sq ft apartment; It could have been done with a 1 ton truck. We ended up paying an additional 3-4 hours on top, meaning it almost doubled the price of the original quote. We chose them because of a nice hand written card as I sold my old place. We reached out after the move to try and discuss where this miscommunication could have gone wrong and Ryan Holland, who booked our move initially, suddenly became unresponsive.

Update: Was contacted by the owner and compensated two hours of labor.

Sean and the team did a terrific job. They were very friendly, helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make the move easy for us. The whole experience from booking with Ryan to the guys on the day to follow up questions were handled very well.
