Beam Me Up Scotty Level V Insulation

Scot removed our old blanket insulation and replaced it with new as well as sealing the air pockets. He did an awesome job, was clean and efficient. He's a lovely guy to work with and ensuring you are happy with the job is his number 1 priority. This is the second time I have hired him. He did the basement in our old house and did an equally good job then too.

Scott and his crew did an amazing job on our basement apartment insulation job. From spray foaming all hard to reach areas, water lines, etc, to using r22 for all exterior walls, I was really impressed. We also requested full sound insulation, and every nook and cranny was filled with sound deadening. They come in, do a great job, clean up after themselves and everything is explained before the work is started.

Scott installed insulation in our home renovation project and did an amazing job. Included batts, spray foam in joist pockets, vapor barrier and acoustic seal with much attention to detail. He is knowledgeable, very conscientious and provieded much help in obtaining our rebate from the GreenOntario Program. We would highly recommend Scott and would definitely use him again!

I would not normally take the time to write a review, however our experience with Beam Me Up Scotty Insulation absolutely deserves it. After reading the other reviews I called Scott. Right from the first phone call and his initial visit to my house to explain his service I was very impressed. Scott's knowledge and personal commitment to exceed our expectations confirmed my decision and we booked. Before our installation day Scott took the time to send personalized videos of his work and always had time to answer my questions. Despite horrendous weather conditions (04-15-18 Orangeville, ON) Scott arrived on time and began to place a snow, dirt mat from the front door to the basement and quietly brought down his tools and insulation. Scott again walked us through the process and began his work. Along the way Scott, took photos and sent them off to us. Scott was very willing to take the time to show us around as I would walk down to admire, yes I said admire! The work truly is fantastic. Scott went above his required scope of work and corrected other trades missteps or oversights and offered up knowledgeable recommendations for our basement project. The attention to detail, cleanliness and bonuses exceeding code and even his quoted work absolutely made these decision the best decision we made during the basement finishing project. I realize some read reviews and question them, I assure this review is 100% unbiased and without a doubt we feel confident to recommend the services of Beam Me Up Scotty Insulation. Our home is undergoing a full renovation and is complicated in its structure. Scott is absolutely excellent at what he does. He is neat, knowledgeable, dependable and offers a lot of assistance. He goes well above and beyond what is required. I would highly recomend him. The complicated structure requires insulation be done and inspected in stages. With our basement renovation Scott was contracted to complete the insulation part of the job. Throughout the process Scott was kind, curtious and extremely knowledgeable; he even offered some advice/ideas on areas outside of his specialty. The work of Scott and his team was meticulous and very clean. After working a long day at our home (9-10 hrs straight) he took his time walking me through our basement to go over what they had done and also provided some suggestions on ways we could improve the insulation in other ares of our home but with absolutely no pressure tactics at all. He lays out the facts and provides the knowledge for you to make an educated decision.
