I contacted the company for window caulking. at first response was quick and timely and an appt date was set that was later adjusted due to other jobs taking extra time.
The workers were efficient, a little fast as per my assessment however they have a warranty service should anything occur. I have contacted the company since Aug 11 the day of service for my warranty certificate and to date 2 months later, nothing has been provided. I have asked and should not need to so this more than once but yet here we are.
I am disappointed and frustrated that it is taking this long and only because I keep asking and I have been completely been ignored
Moving forward the warranty certificates should be provided on the day of service if you truly have a warranty service and stand behind your work
