Sunroom, open concept kitchen, and basement architectural design
When we approached Bamdad (Ben), we had a vague idea about what we want to achieve in our renovation project. Once he was done, we had a complete plan. He listened carefully to all our needs and proposed a few alternative drawings, allowing us to evaluate different options. In his design, he had thought about details that we would have never imagined. He worked closely with our contractor, to make sure that our contractor's comments and the budget constraints are taken into account. He was flexible with various revisions that needed to be done based on our feedback. He was always punctual and there was no delay on his side. Our application for permit from the city went through perfectly. All in all, we are very happy to have had a chance to work with him. He was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend him.
