Home reno: basement dig, second floor extension
Ben was a thorough and reliable source of knowledge and support as we embarked on our home reno. He guided us through the initial drawings phase, then onto final versions, Committee of Adjustment, City fees and permits. We're happy to report due to his legwork, we've received all our requested permits!
We appreciated Ben's strong communication skills and gentle nudges (we needed it, we're newbies at this!) to help us keep the process moving as it should. All his designs were detailed and to our specifications.
