Fence latch was broken and i didn't have the idea or tools to fix it properly, had Yassar over to take a look and he was able to reuse most of the exisiting materials to fix it. He also helped with cleaning and chaulking pf my main bathroom as it has not been done for rhe last 5 years. He was quick and efficient in his work.

This deck is 23 years old, and presented a few challenges, as the lumber sizes have changed somewhat since it was built. Overall the appearance of the resurfaced deck is quite good. Due to a very busy summer schedule, there were a couple of delays, and some minor adjustments were necessary, but these were completed at no additional cost, and following staining, the deck now looks almost like new. A good job and now we are quite satisfied.
