Merry Maids is a very reliable company. Organization is excellent and communication with management easy, consistent and prompt. There have been a variety of cleaners in our home over the past 4.5 years. We are always happy when the same cleaners return because they know the house best. Each cleaner has always been polite and very willing to listen to special requests or reminders. No damage has been done and they are all very careful in our home. This is a good company and whenever asked by friends, we always recommend the company.

I've had Merry Maids Nepean, Kanata & Ottawa West cleaning my house for over 5 years. They are always prompt, accommodating and always do a great job for me. if you need your place cleaned and maintained, I strongly recommend you contact Kelly - she'll get you all set up and your place will look and smell amazing! For the initial cleaning we paid a mind-numbing $320. Two girls, three hours of work. Thought the entire house would be cleaned stem-to-gudgeon for that price. But many obvious things were missed. Then for a few weeks we were sent two girls for 1.5 hours. Still things missed. Then the company arbitrarily cut the service to one girl for 1.5 hours and we got about half a job. The company wanted an additional $40/hour to restore the service to 2 girls for 1.5 hours. That's when we parted company.
