Sapphire Roofing

Do not use this company! Sapphire Roofing installed a roof at our property a few years back and they did a complete hack job. Not only did they originally miss the weather proofing barrier but when it was brought their attention the current owner (previous manager) got in my husbands face demanding full payment yet the job was not completed yet. They left nails and shingles all over our property and never came back to clean it up. Recently we had their sales manager out to do an inspection and it was determined the entire roof needed to be replaced. Since this report was filed BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE, they will not return my calls, emails, etc. Avoid this company at all costs!

We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work. Andrew was professional, fast and efficient. The project was completed in a day and an hour. Dan was a great sales contact and quickly answered all questions we had. Our contact with the office was top notch. The entire process was painless. We would highly recommend Sapphire.

They were professional flexible on site well organized clean and efficient. And though every precaution was taken minor accident caused damage to my gazebo that they have within 24 hours resolved without hassle. I hired Sapphire Roofing to replace the shingles on my rental property just outside of Collingwood after Christmas. They made it so easy to get this job complete! We didn't even have to worry about disturbing the tenants as they were in and out in one day! Would absolutely recommend these guys!!

I have a roof, don't know how good it is, but it's covered. That's about the only positive. The clean up was poorly done; cigarette butts, nails, etc. despite asking them to come back to clean up more. Customer service was poor as well. Also there was some interior damage inside, which I found out was probably caused by bundles being dropped on the roof too hard. I would not personally recommend the company.

This roofing company is very professional and they delivered what they promised, they finished the job ahead of schedule, professionally done and clean up with affordable competitive price. Very trustworthy company. And their 10 year warranty gives you peace of mind. I also like how they are very reachable and you can call them and/or email them and you will always get a response back. What else do you really need from a contractor? It’s always hard to find good companies to work with, Saphire Roofing is an excellent one … I highly recommend them I would rate them 20 out of 10 if I could.

We had a great experience with this company. They were very professional to deal with and were able to do our roof right away. There is a wide choice of shingles to choose from, as well as different brands, which I liked. Our new roof looks great and would definitely recommend this company.
