We were in a position that the roof on our cottage was in fairly desperate need of replacement. Ruth from Sapphire was able to coordinate an estimate and job completion in a remarkably short period of time considering the high demand in the area and the weather. The work was done very well and all in a single day. I can't emphasize enough how responsive and attentive Ruth was to our requirements. Thank you!!

From initial quoting to installation, the Team at Sapphire are true professionals. All aspects of the job were outlined clearly and questions/concerns were attended to along the way. Various quotes with different manufacturer products were offered which allowed for some flexibility in our final decision. Price and clean up were also great. The only issue was the lack of installing underlayment I requested. They compensated this error by adjusting the price and warranty offered. It was disappointing but I would still recommend this company as they stand behind their workmanship.

Sapphire did a great job on our roof. It was a full strip and re-shingle in May. Kevin's crew was fast, thorough and efficient and got the job done in a day, which was important to us. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. Kevin was great and helped us choose not only the brand of shingle but also the best suited shingle colour, and that was really appreciated. Kevin is very professional and he delivered exactly what was promised. Also, there was none of the loud music being played by the crew during the job, which you can find with other roofing companies.

We live in a row townhouse, and needed our shingles replaced. Sapphire coordinated between us and five of our neighbours to do all of the roofing in one day. Very professional, and everything looks good. The clean up afterwards was done well.
