Although we had sourced area rugs at three other retailers, End of the Roll offered the best selection at the best price. The sales person was pleasant, knowledge and attentive but not pushy. They had the perfect design rug in stock but not in the correct size. They made every effort to get me one. The entire experience was excellent, nice people, good quality product and a fair price.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a warm welcome, smiles and all.
I felt very welcome. I stated what I was looking for and he took the patience with me while I went from one item to the other.
I was purchasing carpet runner. Even when I fussed about the price he was patience.

Flooring for our Basement

We were looking for flooring to compliment some boxes we had. Talking to Shitiji Malik, the owner he stated he could get us the flooring we needed but also suggested something else that had more padding and warmth. He took the time to show us the difference in price, and we were shocked that the thicker/padded materials was only a few hundred dollars different then getting only the few boxes of flooring we needed. Shitiji was amazing and helped us load up the car. We appreciate his honesty and helping us save money!
