Although we had sourced area rugs at three other retailers, End of the Roll offered the best selection at the best price. The sales person was pleasant, knowledge and attentive but not pushy. They had the perfect design rug in stock but not in the correct size. They made every effort to get me one. The entire experience was excellent, nice people, good quality product and a fair price.
