Install pot lighting and bathroom fans. Relocate basement drain pipe and plumbing for upstairs bathroom. Install heated flooring and all floor and wall tiles for bathrooms and front entrance. Install baseboards, complete paint of walls and ceilings. Paint and install new doors and handles for multiple rooms.
