Needed to get some electrical wiring re-done in the basement due to previous owners shortcuts. David was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful in making the best suggestions to do the job right and cut down cost. He was honest, and was happy to put everything on paper to make sure there are no hidden costs after the fact.
The whole job took him 2 days, running wire throughout the basement for lighting, plugs, and rerouting existing wiring for better tracing. Also ended up taking out 2 extra breakers that weren't needed.
After that, decided to use him for bathroom reno: vanity installation, baseboards and casings, and lighting (I'm not good with plumbing). We had the vanity already, he just had to install and secure to wall, install faucet, and re-run the plumbing. I can't believe how fast, clean, and to code he did it. The casings & baseboards were cut cleanly and installed with no imperfections. Lighting took him minutes. Whole bathroom was less than 8 hours.
Will definitely be calling him for bigger project (basement) in next house.
