I am a Real Estate investor, and have so far hired Saburau Renovations to work on 3 properties, 2 of which were a full cosmetic update.
One was a full renovation of a 1,000 sqft condo, with hardwood floors throughout, a new kitchen, two full bathrooms renovated, and everything was updated.
The other one was a 4 bedroom house that also had a full renovation, with everything cosmetic redone. I will attach some before and after pictures of this house - the change is stunning.
I am starting another project soon, and Saburau will be renovating the property for me.
Alex does excellent work, is very reasonable and professional, and is an enjoyable person to work with.
