Townhouse Renovations: Kitchen, Master Ensuite, Flooring
PERFECTION! We couldn't be happier with the results from Onereno!
Onereno was our first and only choice for our renovations, based on word of mouth from friends and the great feedback from their HomeStars profile. Major, Alex & team were very professional, honest and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We didn't want some cookie cutter 'Ikea' renovation and Onereno provided a completely custom home with very chic finishes! They were very meticulous with their work and it absolutely shows with the final product. What really sets Onereno apart from other contractors is their transparency and responsiveness throughout the whole renovation process. We've experienced other contractors agreeing to an initial budget but then back pedaling and charging more without our approval. Onereno was always upfront about their costs and would advise if anything we wanted would be outside of our budget. They were also very helpful with providing layout recommendations based on functionality and always addressed our concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
You definitely get what you pay for in this field and we would not hesitate to recommend Onereno to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!
Kitchen:
-removed a load bearing wall and replaced with beam to open up the main floor/kitchen
-custom cabinetry throughout including new kitchen island
-added custom dining bench
-added wall millwork
-added gas line for new gas range
-added potlights
Master Ensuite:
-custom cabinetry/vanity
-added custom marble tile shower
-added potlights
Other:
-added new gas line for bbq on outdoor patio
-added new closet on main floor
-removed old carpeting and replaced with hardwood
-added new stairs and refinished the existing rails to match
-removed stucco on ceilings
