Gutter Medik

We are so pleased that we contacted Gutter Medik for needed repairs and resealing of corner joints in the eavestroughs. Russell responded to our request quickly and spent two hours of his time reviewing the situation at our 28 unit condominium townhouse project. He noted several issues that were done incorrectly during the original construction and provided a fair quotation for the work. Throughout the project he kept us informed of his schedule and was on-site when he said he would be. Russell communicated with us throughout the work and alerted us to some additional items that were uncovered as his work progressed. The site was kept clean and he organized his materials to avoid impacting any of the owners. When he finished, all old materials were removed and the clean-up was perfect. I called Guttermedik after two failed attempts at resolving the issue of rain not going through the downspouts and overflowing the gutters. Russell took apart the downspout, located areas that required unclogging, cleared all downspouts and put it back.

Guttermedik came out and replaced eavestrough and downspouts on our building. The eavestrough was in two separate sections, which was changed to one long continuous piece. One of the downspouts was changed to allow the water to drain away from the foundation and prevent clogging. I couldn't be happier with the way the job was done. Russell was courteous, professional and friendly. The whole job was done quickly to boot. From the first phone call to job completion was two days. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Guttermedik and Russell again.

Russ did a great job cleaning out our eaves troughs. He worked quietly and efficiently and clean up any mess on our deck and walks from the eaves trough cleaning. He fixed eaves trough that were loose and changed a downspout for us. we were very satisfied.

The original eavestrough on our house needed to be replaced since it hadn't been properly installed. Russell gave a very reasonable estimate and finished the job in a few days. Russell was easy to work with and the quality of his work was very good, there were no more leaks. A few weeks later we asked Russell to install additional Leaf guards for us.
