We had a crack in our ceiling caused by work conducted upstairs by a previous contractor. We had a different contractor come and give us quote to fix it, he said he needed to cut a hole in the ceiling to see where the crack was from. After cutting a large hole in the ceiling he left and never returned! Needless to say we were extremely cautious about having anyone else come anywhere near! We did have a number of quotes, but no one we felt confident in plus prices were exorbitant. After five and a half years with a hole in our ceiling we chose Ryan to fix it and we now have a perfectly flat and hole less ceiling! Where the hole was it was very uneven and Ryan worked tirelessly to make it smooth and until we were happy with it. He was very patient with us and we added on a room a day to paint! We ended up having pretty much the entire house painted. I would describe Ryan as "Salt of the earth" meaning reliable, trustworthy and straightforward, and all for a very fair price!
