Had this company install new HVAC and water heater in July 2023. In October switched from AC to heat. No heat! Called for repair the first week of October. Called multiple times day and night. No callbacks until last week when they said they'd come Saturday. No one came. As of now no one has come. November 17th. I've never had a company treat me such as this. Do not hire this company for any reason whatsoever. Currently 13 degrees in the house. Absolutely unreal!

This is now December 20th and the temp in the house is 9 degrees C. A tech finally came 2 weeks ago and got the heat going, for a couple of days and then nothing... The outside unit piping all the way to the furnace is frozen. Repeated calls to the company have been useless. There is no chain of command, no recourse for any support issues, nothing.

Canadian Choice Home Services has not only educated us on how clean water can benefit us health wise, they have also showed us how we can actually save money and expenses in the long run by having a central water filter/softener. We got a Pentair system which has been running flawlessly for 5 years now, and has saved us money on our hot water tank (no calcium buildup in the hot water tank from the water softener). Our drinking water now taste like Fiji Spring Water which has a smooth taste, and we can get from any faucet in the house. While taking a shower, I actually use less soap and shampoo because the water is so clean and calcium free, that it doesn't take much to get a soapy lather. If any of you are thinking about getting a central water filter/softener in the home, don't think about it, and get it right away, You will not regret it. I don't think I will ever live without a central water filter/softener again. Thank you Canadian Choice Home Services for your amazing service!!!

We engaged Weaver Eco Home, a subsidiary or related party to Canadian Choice Home Services, to provide their "whole attic solution" at our house. The process started out well with a thorough explanation of the service and many follow ups. There was a slick sales pitch where she promised state of the art services, (blown in insulation, mold remediation, air sealing, an energy efficient technology "energy crusher" and a 10 year warranty). Unfortunately, their services were not delivered as promised and the implementation of the work fell far short of what we had been sold. The workers did an extremely subpar job of the 'air sealing' (caulking and electrical outlet sealing) and said it "doesn't even do anything". The caulk looks like our 4 year old slapped it up. It only extends as far up as the person could reach, there are bubbles, and in most places it isn't even in the crack. Due to heavy snowfall, they were understandably unable to install the attic fan on the day of service. Despite the job being incomplete, I was pressured by multiple people at the company to sign the paperwork "so the guys could go home."

Their services were by far the highest of the three other companies we spoke with, which we were willing to pay to ensure our home was properly insulated by what we believed to be an expert company. Instead we had our worst experience so far in home renovation. They have offered to come back to 're-do' the work that was performed so poorly, but we no longer trust the company to do a good job and now realize what a bill of goods we were sold. We have been trying to resolve the issues with them and have requested a reasonable refund for the amount of work they never performed. They are unwilling to refund us and so now we are out 3k and left with a half done shoddy job.

We deeply regret engaging this company and strongly recommend finding another company to work with. Do not let the slick sales package and professional level pricing fool you, the quality of work is down right bad and once they have your money good luck ever trying to get in touch with them again.

Very pleasant company representatives who are well informed about the products that are selling. Very efficient and cleaned up the area after completion. Returned immediately after completion to fix a downed curtain rod. Took the time to explained how the rebate worked, how we can pre-pay off the loan proper to the 5-year term. Have had no complaints so far. We have not reached the finish line yet.

Canadian Choice Home Services updated the insulation in the attic of my home. The team was polite, professional and friendly. They cleaned up inside and outside. Arian, who followed up on this service, was also very polite and professional.

They did a fantastic job. Very friendly and professional the salesman was very knowledgeable. Service guys knew exactly what they were doing didnt take long and also cleaned up after themselves.

I had Canadian Choice replace my old tank water heater with a new tankless system. The crew was great in installing the necessary additional gas piping and unit. I would recommend upgrading to a tankless water heater with Canadian Choice.
