Owner is committed to customer satisfaction. Work is good, price is fair. I have worked with this company for 3 years now, they changed how they schedule their work so you need to be prepared for short notice for gutter cleaning in the fall-winter.
Disappointed again! Not reliable.
Have been working with the owner for 3 years. First year was good, second year they had a door-to-door sales person marketing and it took a while to have them understand we were already customers. Apparently "priority" list customers. You cannot book time in advance, they say they have you on the list, they confirm by phone, but unless you chase them you may not hear from them. A reminder resulted in a notice that they would be doing the work the next day - no real notice, and not possible because they are to do inside windows (which they missed doing last time because of their scheduling). AND - this is the one and only appointment they will offer this year. Take it or leave it service!
