We recently contacted Stoned for a quote for a new Ceasarstone countertop. Will was not only extremely responsive to all of our questions but was patient, kind and helpful. We were expecting the new countertop to be installed within the month. From the initial quote, a visit to Will’s warehouse and the whole decision process (this style of quartz, this sink vs the other), our countertop and sink were installed within a couple of weeks. Once we had actually chosen the countertop and sink, the installation was done within two days. Our whole family was involved in this renovation and we were impressed with Will’s professionalism and care of us. We all highly recommend Stoned! I highly recommend Will Deng and Stoned Inc. for your countertop project. While we did experience a problem with the sub contractor that did the cutting work on our slab, Will acknowledged and rectified the problem immediately at his expense. I believe that all contractors experience issues and the true test is how they choose to deal with their issues and their customers and by this measure Stoned Inc. gets top marks. Will clearly cares about his reputation and showed professionalism throughout the process providing a finished product that was excellent.
