I contacted KSM and received a call from Mohammad same day. After very professional conversation I’ve got exact estimate.
I was impressed by Mohammad’s approach and professionalism. He spent a few hours taking measurements and answered all the questions I had. He told me when the drawing will be ready and it was ready exactly on time.
I submitted drawing to the city and received building permit in 3 day without any question asked.
I would recommend KSM and Mohammad to anyone who is serious about what they are planning to do.
