I hired Matt at Pulse to re-wire my old, East York home, which presented a number of challenges, both in terms of the design of the house (semi-detached, no attic to allow for easy wall/wire access, etc.) and my own schedule. He did a fantastic job on all fronts at a very reasonable price for the degree of work that had to be done. The house is now completely re-wired with minimal disruption and damage (and Matt patched everything up and cleaned up, good as new!).
In re-wiring the house, Matt also had some excellent suggestions, which included wiring in smoke and CO2 detectors for safety, proper placement of outlets and placement/design of light fixtures. All were very welcomed suggestions and the finished product looks great. I also truly believe we've added significant resale value with this work.
