Major repairs to our roof to stop leaks in different places had been.done earlier. Some were temporary fixes to tide us over bad weather. These were given a more reliable status, plus a few more fixes were done. Gutters were also cleaned.

We would highly recommend Cooper Roofing to anyone in need of a reliable, thorough and dependable roof service. We were very impressed both with their work and their quick and clear communication with us as customers. We received helpful information and tips from every level of this business' employees which we appreciated very much.

I was phoning around to companies that do work on gutter repair and came across Cooper roofing.A tradesman working on our sprinkler system bumped up against a down-pipe and it crumbled. He picked up a piece of the pipe and accidentally dropped it into the drain tiles. The office manager was very sympathetic and said she would send someone over to retrieve the piece out of the drain tiles and repair the down-pipe. Within a few days he came by and after a few tries he retrieved the piece, repaired the down-pipe and proceeded to put a screw in all our down-pipes to make them more secure. I was very grateful for their quick and excellent service.

Can't say enough about the experience we had with Cooper Roofing. I received quotes from various companies and although Cooper was not the lowest they were not the highest. I did hear about Cooper from another source which highly recommended them. When Sebastien came to visit my contractor and myself knew we wanted to deal with Cooper. Sebastien was professional and thorough in his approach. My neighbour called him and he recommended they get a new roof in a couple of years as he had time yet to save for one. I am sure they will be using Cooper. The whole team that installed and followed up were consistently professional including site manager Francisco who took responsibility in making sure the job was done to the highest quality which included keeping me informed along the way with daily pictures to illustrate the progress. We called Cooper Roofing back in December 2017 along with another company when our roof developed a leak. The other company wanted to charge us just to come and look at the problem, and indicated it could be a week or more before they could come. Shane responded promptly, came and assessed the situation and determined that the roof needed replacing. I had anticipated this since the roof was well over 15 years old and part was heavily covered in moss. The price quoted was very reasonable and so we agreed to having Cooper Roofing do the job.

Shane’s crew came and installed a temporary tarp over the roof, at no cost to us, until the full replacement could be scheduled.

The re-roofing was done in March 2018 and was completed in three days. The crew was efficient, very tidy in their work with clean-up done each day, and there were no unexpected charges for the job. Shane was around daily to check on things, and reviewed the work done once the job was completed. I am very happy to recommend Cooper Roofing for roofing services.

From the outset Shane provided professional, efficient and quality service. His crew were courteous and careful, keeping the site orderly and leaving it tidy at the end of every day.
