On Sep.27 I purchased washer from this store. The delivery was done on Oct.04 only. Unfortunately, the washer was not in working state. I was offered the technician to come and test it on Monday Oct 07. I agreed and wait till Thursday Oct 10! Nobody called us to schedule the service. Fortunately, I got response offering us the replacement on Oct 14. OK, we were waiting at this time again but nobody called us, nobody appeared! We lost working day! Finally, It was delivered and replaced on Oct 15. But nobody tested it again to demonstrate its workability. Anyway, the second washer delivered doesn’t work too and they picked it up on Oct.26!!! Ended up buying other washer from other company. One month deal!!! They simple robed me, didn't refund, didn't respond. No money, no washer.
