We hired Reli to replace support beams and do water damage repairs in our concrete garage, and ultimately to re-concrete a deck on top of the garage. Reli did not provide the cheapest original quote, but he was by far the most comprehensive. We went with him because we trusted him. He came out to give an initial quote and do an inspection of the job, and he was going to be the one doing the work. Other companies sent estimators, but the people who would do the work wouldn't understand the job based on their own assessment. Reli was also up front on what information he wouldn't have until he started the job. When it turned out additional work was needed for safety, Reli took time to show us the issue and to think about problem-solving alternatives. I would recommend EU-CA Construction without hesitation.
