Victor did an amazing job on my home addition project in Scarborough. I had Victor stucco the entire exterior minus the front, which I used natural stone and I must say the work is top notch quality! He is very professional and takes pride in his work! Would definitely hire Victor again for any stucco job I have.

We had a large 2 storey addition added to the side of our house. Victor did an amazing job integrating the existing stucco with the new in the back and creating a whole new facade in the front. He was highly recommended by a high end family contractor. Victor came daily, on time, and exhibited true professionalism from choosing the appropriate colour, texture, protecting the wooden shingles, windows, to making certain that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Although he was slightly more costly than the other quotes, we quickly learned that the quality of product and his skill in application was well worth it. We are so very pleased with his workmanship and he helped make our house look beautiful. We have had countless compliments from the neighbours and sub trades. If you want excellent quality, a seamless look, decorative unique borders and stucco trims, then Victor is your man.

We used Victor to stucco the 1st floor of our home in Etobicoke and couldn’t have been happier with the service. His pricing was very competitive, and communication around start times and logistics was excellent. Once the job was started he was one of the hardest working contractors we hired, he and his team put in serious hours in order to get the job done on time with our deadline. His was extremely clean and the work itself was done exceptionally well. We received his contact info from another one of his former jobs and now highly recommend him to friends or family when we have the chance. Prior to confirming the job with him he gave us a list of his previous works, which if you can, visit these homes so you can see the quality of his work. Will be completing more stucco work on the house in the next year and Victor will be our only call. We would highly recommend him for your stucco job!

After visiting my (under construction) house today and seeing Victor working yet another weekend, I’m compelled to write a review (my first!) I am just so happy with his craftsmanship,

Victor is nearly done my large stucco job, including Tudor style detailing, 3-storeys at the back and steep hill on the side.

He is the first person to arrive at the worksite in the morning and sometimes the last to leave. He works both quickly and with extreme attention to detail; even my particular eye has been unable to find a single imperfection in his work.

He erects scaffolding very quickly, including on my side yard that is both narrow and very steep. His job site, like his work, is also very tidy. At the end of each day he dutifully tidies all his tools and buckets.

V.I.S.E.R.G. was procured by my contractor as part of my large fixed-price contract, so I do not have full transparency into the cost. I am extremely happy with the speed and detail of the work - whatever he’s charging, it’s worth it!
