Archi and his crew installed 3 new windows,I was very happy they took time and tested the drain pipe for each window well after installation. I would definitely recommend Global Improvement Solutions for windows.

George was extremely accommodating and responsive, always available to answer any questions and concerns we had, and make visits whenever we asked. As the project scope got larger he and his team never had an issue with accommodating our asks. Even though there were delays with the product (not his or his team's fault), was able to complete the project as quickly as was possible. Very professional, very friendly, and we are very happy with the work the team did. Absolutely recommend!

We had this company replace our roofing shingles 2 years ago. They did an amazing job so we didn't hesitate to call them when the skylights in our addition were leaking. As usual the owner ensured everything was done professionally and the main roof repairs caused by George was repaired too. Such a great company and would not hesitate to recommend.

George was able to slot us in sooner than expected, worked quickly and efficiently and the results look great. They cleaned up completely afterwards, and were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I'll be using their services again this fall for eaves cleaning as we have some high eaves that are tricky to access between houses, but should be no problem for Toro.

We had 25 windows, two exterior doors and one patio door replaced by Global Improvement Solutions Inc. in early summer 2022. We were completely satisfied with both the products they supplied and the service they provided. With every window and door being replaced at the same time, it was amazing how little disruption there was. The George were very competent and diligent, as well as friendly and polite.

Within hours of our initial request Global Improvement Solutions reached out and we arranged an on site visit for measurement. George listened to all our wants, offered thoughtful suggestions and solutions, and even explained why we didnt need to (shouldnt) replace a couple windows. He and his crew did a fantastic job installing everything and cleaning up afterwards. We love our new windows. House is quieter (less outside noise), casements and sliders work smoothly, and the latches/locks are easy to reach/use. Thank you Global Improvement Solutions.
