The decorative dormer on my roof has been damaged for couple years. I have been trying to get someone to fix it but with no success. I recently submitted another service request through Home Stars and George from GIS responded right away. He came out to my house the next day to assess the job. During his visit we chatted about the frame around the garage doors needing repair as well since the builder did a terrible job and the wood is starting to rot. He suggested capping the garage doors with aluminum. The quote he provided for the entire job was fair and reasonable. The job was scheduled immediately for the following day. The crew that came out was courteous and professional. They even fixed my leaking gutter with no extra charge. I was thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and they make sure to clean up after the job.

All I can is they did an amazing job! I am super happy that the repair is finally done on the dormer and I don't need to worry further. Highly recommend GIS!
