I have never written a review before and wish I could report that this company is fantastic. It is not. We had them back three times to correct various mistakes had to call various times before we could get the correct person and the customer service - really - is non existent. The product is good, the workmanship rushed and customer response poor. Once they made their sale, adios! We had to call to head office in the U.S. to try to get customer service. I was simply appalled - both my husband and I are independent business owners and could not believe the disorganization and lack of responsibility. Such a let down to a potentially exciting purchase.
