It was a great coincidence that we met Jon. We were thinking about our home security and he happened to cross our path. It took us less than a day to decide to proceed with him. He is friendly, professional and very helpful. He gave us all the details we needed to know which made our decision to proceed easier.

Very clean didn't make a mess we told Jon what we were looking for he explained that all to us he went over system with us after the install everything was excellent very happy.

Work took about 3 1/2 hours but was well done and quite (my 1 year old was sleeping). I haven't had time to use any functions yet aside from testing but seems easy. Sales rep and tech where both friendly and well informed. I didn't feel pressured at all. Left everything clean when work was done.
