BBQ quick disconnect with a reducer installation

Andrew was one of the first to respond to a service request with a reasonable price. He was able to come at a convenient time and was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions about the job, and a few about my other HVAC projects. Once the quick disconnect was installed, he took time to walk me through the natural gas barbecue 101 and made sure I had no unanswered questions before leaving. I would gladly hire him again if I need anything else.

Great Experience

I called Andrew after discovering a gas leak in my gas range. Embridge came last night and issued a red tag A, as there was a leak at the connection point of the gas line to the stove. The previous installers would not honour their warranty and placed blame on us the home owners, and wanted $250 to come again to fix the issue. I called Andrew at Customer Gas Services and he returned my call within an hour, and was at my house 30 minutes later along with his colleague (on a weekend).

The assessed the leak, discovered the previous installer had it on way too loose. They removed it and then retightened it and were done within 10 minutes. They did a great job and even had a look and offered advice at other issues I was having throughout my house.

Would strongly recommend.

Gas Line Installation and Furnace

I called Andrew from Customer Gas Services because I needed to get my need Natural Gas BBQ connected. I left him a message and brief description of the work needed to be done. I also called 2 other highly rated companies and also left them similar messages. It's been a week and 2 of these companies have still not replied back to me. Andrew from Customer Gas Services promptly called me back in under an hour. He asked me a few questions and gave me a few scheduling options. My Brand new BBQ was working later that same day. Andrew took the time to test it and show me how to operate it. From beginning to end his customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I was so impressed that I asked Andrew if I could refer him to my real estate clients. Andrew and Customer Gas Services are definitely worthy of my referral! I later found out that Andrew and his company do much more than gas services. Happily to my surprise they are also Heating and Air Specialists. The next day and had Customer Gas Services back to Tune-up my A/C System. I was so happy that they were able to get my home down to 23.5c. Prior to their visit we could only get to 25c and A/C ran constantly. Even when it was 34c outside we still maintained cool Temps inside and A/C did not run constantly. Andrew took the time to go through the entire home and advise me of settings and adjustments for all the seasons. I truly have a much better understanding of my system because of Andrew and Customer Gas Services.When I'm ready to replace my aged Heating and Air System, I will definitely be calling Andrew at Customer Gas Services!Thank You for making the last part of my summer much more enjoyable than the first. Thanks for saving us money on our utility bills!
