Service provider inspected my home and gave me very though instructions. I appreciated the insight and attention to detail.

Stefano was great. We did an inspection with him for our new home and he went through all the details. From scratches on the kickplates to moving our emergency shut off for the gas line to repairing our roof. Made our 30-day inspection effortless. Stefano is someone who is professional and explained everything to us as we went. We will only do our inspections with him and will let all our friends and family know about his services. Would do business again and again.

Stefano is the most professional home inspector that I have ever seen. He is absolutely committed and seems to love his profession so much that he strives to excel in it. His home inspections are very detail oriented and meticulous. He has the latest technological devices ar his disposal like the drone cameras, infra red camera, Air Quality monitors, humidity meters etc to give you a very detailed report of your home. But what i like most about him is his astute observation skills and his attention to even the most minute of problems. He clearly explains to us the technical details of each problem that he finds and he also proposes the best solution for the problem which will help us to resolve it within our budget. His vast experience in this field and in-depth expertise is clearly visible in the detailed report that he provides at the end of the inspection. I have used his service twice and both the times I felt that I have received much more value than what I paid for. I would always recommend Stefano for any home inspection without any second thoughts.

Stefano was very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond from what we originally hired him to do (mold presence). He carefully inspected the entire house, was not rushing with the inspection, and took us through all the problems - small and big, and how to rectify them. I highly recommend Quantum for your inspection needs! (Also very unbiased in his advice - no pushing any specific home service companies, etc.)

Stefano was awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and has all the right tools to do the excellent type of inspection he does. He is extremely detailed oriented and takes his time to do a very thorough inspection. In addition, after the inspection he sends you reading material to read on specific areas of the results. I will be only using him going forward.

I am so glad to have Stefano to conduct the inspection for us. Stefano far exceed our expectation…he is thorough, detailed and neat. Stefano even provide us some reports (e.g. Air quality) that is not within the requirement for inspection. He is patient and willing to answer all the questions that we have and always invite for questions. Stefano spent literally almost like 3 hours for the inspection and can provide us the inspection report right away. He also messages us useful videos addressing our questions on how to clean your air freshener? Drain water heat recovery, etc.

All in all, excellent job! I am more than happy to refer Stefano to all the home owners…you will not regret it!
