Did an excellent job of walking me through the installation of my home alarm system.

Camera does not work with a tablet. Buyers should be aware of this fact. I decided to return Camera. In the end the company was good about letting me return the item and were cooperative. Alarm system works fine.

Installation was quick and easy. Raymond walked me through the installation and was very patient as well as clear with his instructions. I was a little apprehensive but my fears were quickly allayed.

The product itself is not very sturdy. So far the door sensors have fallen off twice and the motion sensor was laying on my floor when I came back home tonight. Using the 3M tape that is sent with the system is not strong enough for these products.
