The customer service is excellent. From day one when i first installed the system they provided excellent support. Very easy instllation all done within 15 minutes. They also provide good tips and always engage with the customer. They will aways try to say yes and look for solutions all the time. They are also very knowledgable and i feel confident when they provided their answers. My experience has always been good with think protection however Janagan techincal support agent stands out from all the reps that i spoke to.
