We were refered to Ontario Stipple Removal by another trade person who had to turn the job down because of the height of our ceilings. Our stipple removal project involved challenging 18ft ceilings, which most people in the trade often turn down. When people within the same trade refer to this business as "the best there is locally in this field," we knew we had to look into the company. Our intake meeting with Geoff stood apart from others with regards to the degree of knowledge and skill, communication and organization of the business. Our in person in take meeting was followed with written communication explaining in depth the process, expectations for parties, time line and the terms of the agreement. In addition, we received email reminders and notifications prior to the work beginning, during the process and at the end. All of the aforementioned exceeded our expectations and contributed to a stress free renovation experience for a project that in its nature is a messy one. Upon completion of the project, we were surprised to find only a very minimal amount of dust on some surface areas. However, the greatest and most pleasing surprise was the end product- truly perfection. We were so fortunate to have been referred to Ontario Stipple Removal and as such highly recommend them based on our own experience.
