We did a major renovation on our house and initially we felt that we had all the help we needed - our contractor, an interior designer, a building inspection, our own knowledge, family and friends. We did not feel we needed anyone else. As the work proceeded and stress and issues grew, we realized that we needed an expert on our side. We connected with David and have found his assistance very helpful.
If I was starting again, I would speak to David as soon as I started thinking about a reno and would give him a 'quarterback' role in the planning and implementation. I believe that my project would have been done more quickly and at a lower price if I had done that in the first place.
