We hired Harmony to build an entire finished basement.
They were great at putting our ideas on paper and giving suggestions. They obtained permits for the build and brought in great trades to help.
We had a bar installed and unfortunately due to supply issues we had to repick counter tops.
Same issue with the shower, but the finished product is great, and all details were looked after before the wrap up.

Even personal use finished basements, or basements remodel will require building permit. Harmony Basements in-house architectural and project management department work daily to ensure our projects comply with Ontario's Building Code requirements and meet municipality building inspectors on-site to conduct Plumbing, HVAC and Building inspections; in some cases or projects structural modification inspections.
