After living in our home for 20+ years it was finally time to renovate. From the floors to the ceilings, wall to wall, room to room Patricio and his team were absolutely amazing. We completed a full gut renovation of our 3 story detached home. Scope of work included:
full gut - existing floors, bathrooms, kitchen, wainscotting etc
installation of new floors, bathrooms, fireplace, stair reconfiguration, bulkhead updates, doors, expansion to double doors in the back, new window

Patricio and his team remained on time and were extremely dedicated to helping us build our dream home. He was thoughtful and helped us rework a job when we picked the wrong grout colour and took the initiative of moving our toilet a few inches to help centre it in out bathroom space (without us asking) - which illustrated how much he cared about the project as well.

With a few shipment delays, he brought his team back after we moved in to help finish off a few pieces to complete the job.

We fully trust Patricio and wouldnt hesitate to work with him and his team again!!

Patricio and his team were very professional , detailed and knowedeable. I shortlisted this company after receiving about 4 different quotes and timelines on homestars and I am very happy with the outcome. Patricio was able to come over to provide us a quote for the 2 bathrooms we wanted to rennovate. This was in the fall of 2021 (I am a little behind posting this review) We had a plan and once the demolition was done we wanted to make some changes considering the different factors we discovered. Patricio was very accomodating and provided us options that helped us redesign this place to be more functional. He would always update me a day prior on what the plan was for the next day and if he was expecting a delay due to any reason. His crew were very professional and respectful. They always cleaned up at the end of day. We have small kids and this was a big relief. At no point did I feel stressed due to the rennos due to this. The end result was 2 beautiful bathrooms custom designed as per our choice and completed as per the timelines agreed to at a reasonable price. Patricio and team, I cannot thank you more and we are very happy with the bathrooms. They are the best we have ever had.

Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job.
From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted.
The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose.
This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days .

Home Improvement Services provided the best renovation experience I have ever had! From the consultation, to contract, to demolition and installation it was a clear, reliable, and enjoyable process. We were thrilled with the design improvements that Patricio and his team suggested for our kitchen that we hadn't even thought of. His insight into how to use our space made our new kitchen 100% more user-friendly. Our kitchen is such a pleasure to cook in now and we are very impressed with the quality of renovation. Patricio went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and the quality of work from his team noticeably above industry standard. As you can see from the pictures, the kitchen is transformed. We also had our back gate and porch rebuilt. Each project was done with care, on time, and using high quality material. Patricio and the team at The Home Improvement Services did a fabulous job renovating our basement. The job included removing a kitchen, adding a wall, moving a bathroom door, resizing the furnace room, replacing wooden paneling with drywall, boxing in pipework, replacing the floor and some minor electrics. The work took 2 weeks to complete, from start of demolition to completion.

The standard or workmanship, integrity and work ethic shown by Particio and his team was outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend them and will be using them the next time we have any renovations which need completing.
