DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...

WE CALLED MARKHAM ROOFING TO GET A QUOTE ON OUR JOB, HIRED THEM TO DO THE ROOF. WHAT A MISTAKE, THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB.
WE CONTACTED CONRAD TO COME AND SEE THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE INSTALLERS. HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. BUT ALWAYS HAD A EXCUSE. HE SAID HE WOULD EMAIL A WARRANTY TO US THE NEXT DAY AND STILL WAITING. THIS GUY IS NON PERFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

Conrad is a phony, non-professional & not responsive person. I got my roof replaced. Material used was sub-standard, not what was on the quotation. Therefore he refused to give the warranty papers after the work was completed & payment made. Never pay this guy the complete amount, until he hands you over the receipt and the warranty papers. I have still not got the warranty papers from him. If something goes wrong, I am sure he will not come in to replace or repair, inspite of the warranties promised. Never responds to your calls after the work is done. Very bad after sales service. Run away from this company as far as you can. They go with the names Markham Roofing & some other names also. I will never recommend them to anyone. After they did my roof, people in my neighbourhood asked me about them, I said to them "don't use them". Do not use them and in case you have to use them, make sure not to pay them in full, unless you receive all the receipt & the warranty papers. Keep some balance amount.

They did not do what they said they would do with the roof ,they broke some tiles on our outdoor table and did not provide us with a proper warranty for the roof even though we contacted him over 10 times

We do not complain about service ever, but had a really terrible experience with this company. They sounded professional and enthusiastic at first, but then stopped returning calls and never showed up on the day of. They were not apologetic and did not even seem to care when we called them.

It was brought to our attention by a neighbour that we had missing shingles on our roof. I phoned Markham Roofing Services and reported this. A drone surveyed our roof and I was given quotes for a repair and a new roof. I chose the new roof as we were certainly ready for that. The new roof quote was really good at 4200, so over the phone I chose the shingles I wanted. Two days later, the crew arrived. Conrad thoroughly explained the process and sent pictures by message as each step was done. On his advice and with visual backup, I chose to add two up to date vents to correct condensation problems. By mid afternoon the roof was wrapped in an ice/water underlay and the new shingles and vents in place. Cleanup was quick and thorough and we were very pleased. Friends have complimented the whole job.

I would have given a negative number rating if possible. For the roofing work completed by Conrad, he promised to come back for follow up on unfinished work. But this guy never came back, never answered the phone and never honoured his words. Also realized that they did not remove the old shingles before putting on the new ones and I suspect they simply rushed through the job. This is simply unprofessional. I am writing this review because I don’t want others to suffer the pain I have been through.

Conrad is an expert in his field and he and his team did an amazing job in installing our new roof. He consulted with us to select the right type of roof, colour, appropriate ventilation to ensure no built-up of condensation, and kept us informed every step of the way during installation by sharing videos and pictures. I couldn't ask for a more thorough and quality experience. All this at competitive pricing!!! I highly recommend Conrad for your new roof!

they didn't complete their job properly and didn't follow the contract.

they didn't remove old shingles completely and they didn't clean the gutters after they were done.

Had a great experience with this company overall. Quick responses and quality work -- It was a simple job but am always glad when there's no problems. Staff cleaned up the job site well too.

Very efficient roofers. We had a tight schedule for our roofing repair and they were able to get the roof done ahead of schedule and it looks great! Highly recommended.
