Answer " we are scheduling department we don't contact ......" Blah blah blah. The run around. Don't trust any coupons. Don't be embarrassed they prey on your emotions and embarrassing feeling to not talk to others about it. WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW. SOMEONE IS BEING screwed IF YOU DONT. TELL SOMEONE ABOUT THIS I took my kids to eat at ikea and pick furniture for their rooms. That took 3 hours and more if you have younger ones. Have some ice cream thinking it would be a happy ending.
