I contacted several companies for the quotes of roof repair, skylight replacement and chimney chaise cover replacement. Mike is the one who really cares about my business. So far he finished the skylight replacement for me and I am waiting for more work to be done for my house by his company. He is being very helpful during all those weeks and always texts me to do the follow up. Mike is also helping me dealing with my insurance company with all the pictures and documents for my hail-damaged roof. I never been up to the roof but the way I look at it from the picture of the worked is perfect. So' far I have no problem about and I highly recommend No Payne roofing to friends and relatives.

I asked Mike to come and give me of an overall review of previous work that had been done on my roof by a previous roofing company. Mike found many faults in the work man ship of how the tiles were laid which have caused further damage to my home and the siding. He has been working via email (free of charge) with my insurance company on trying to get this rectified, as he saw negligence in the job done. I had never met Mike until the day he came and looked at my roof, but he has put so much time into write ups, and photos to send to my insurance company. I told Mike to send me a bill for all the time he has put into helping me on this and he refused payment and said "all I want is for you to have this fixed the way it should be" and just pass my name on. Well Mike has proven to me that there is still some good, honest people out there who believe in doing things right and its not about the money. When the dust settles on the saga of my roof issues and an agreement is made to have this all fixed, there is no one else I want to fix this than Mike. The repairs were done quickly. He made an appointment and arrived on time which is not common in Alberta. I really liked the fact that before and after pictures were taken so I could fully understand what he was doing without actually going on the roof to see myself. After another rain down pour without any water leaking I am confident the repairs were done well.

A crew of four showed up first thing in the morning, had the roof stripped and were laying underlayment in about an hour. By about 3:00 they were finishing and cleaning up. Three days later Mike had a crew install new eaves troughs and downspouts. Job well done. Thanks.
