Unfinished work after final payment
This contractor is not reliable and left us with a bill that was not accounted for until the end of the project. The work was not completed at 5.5 months after starting (estimated to be 8 weeks to do a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and painting of a condo). We did not get cost updates although requested many times during the project. The cost was $40,000.00 above the $30,000.00 budget set. After final payment that was given after threatening comments, the work was never completed on a bathroom shower, painting, door quarter round that was removed and not replaced among other issues. The Contractor was insulting and threatening after a couple months of work. I would not recommend or even use this contractor again.
