Our furnace broke down at 9 pm. Air Point arrived at the agreed upon time of 7 am the next day to inspect. They tried to repair but the gas valve was defective and not worth replacing on a 30 year old unit.

Within an hour a crew arrived and professionally installed a top brand unit with great expertise and ability.

The 2 man AirPoint team arrived early, removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Changed the intake and exhaust tubes. Replaced the 2 dip clear hoses to the drain and anchored them in place - unexpected and beautifully tailored to the furnace. They were very clean, starting from the outside of my home to the furnace room and in between. - there wasn't a speck of dust for me to clean up. Very professional.

Appointment was scheduled right away and problem was solved a lot sooner than expected. Showed up right on time and didn't have to wait long for the arrival. Overall very pleased with the service provided

We had a new carrier high efficiency installed last year, and noticed that every time the furnace came on, the air quality in the house and TVOC levels would rise way above limits. Had no luck with original installer to identify issue, but air point tech was able to identify the issue by performing several key diagnostics on fan speed and manifold (outlet gas) pressure which turned out to be too high. After the adjustments, the furnace is operating in the right range and TVOC levels back down to acceptable limits. Thank you for your thorough work and help correcting this issue. Great work.

Guys did amazing job! Both installations (originally estimated 2 days of work) did in one day! They worked very hard. Did proper piping (to code). Found issues other previous contractors left.
They don't cut corners! Reliable, knowledgeable, polite, clean. Removed all the debris, screwed all condensation pipes necessary to the floor. Nothing weird hanging.
I also got new humidifier with fan, instead of air-loop-through; got new return-air-boot pipe, as with so many cutouts in previous pipe, it looked all in pieces.

A furnace had stopped working in the middle of winter in the rental that I own. It was a long weekend and it was critical to get the heat back on quickly (if the house freezes the water pipes could burst which is a major problem). I called air point that evening and had Gregory come by and arrange the installation the next morning. Couldn’t be happier with the job done. Quick, efficient and priced fairly.
