There are not enough words to express our satisfaction with the services we've received from Air Point Heating and Cooling.
Once we arrived home last Saturday at late evening and found that our house is cold and there is no heat coming from diffusers, we were very worried to stay overnight with dropping temperature. I called Air Point and explain the situation. The service expert came promptly (in less than 1 hour) considering that we are living in rural area outside of Toronto. The diagnostic was performed and our heater was repaired right the way.
We are using Air Point for all our HVAC equipment installation and service for many years (it is our 3rd house that they maintain our HVAC for us). Their service is exceptional and their prices are very affordable.
