Richard V. owner of SELTEN DESIGN convinced us he would deliver a custom wood bench within 4-6 weeks and asked we pay in full up front because his business was small. After 16 weeks of broken promises, Richard apologized because he said his company ran into difficulties, and he would fully refund our money, as stated on his website at the time. He never refunded our money.
He eventually would not return phone calls, and cut off all form of communication, so we called VISA, at that time VISA informed us they cancelled our credit card and VISA refunded our money.
