I showed a part for an 1” 1/4 pipe I needed to a clerk and he said he had to order it. He ordered the wrong part. When I returned it he said he would give me my money back but I needed the original receipt. I went home to get it and when I returned with the receipt, another employee told me they would not give me my money back as there were no refunds on cash sales. I explained to him that the wrong part was ordered and i’ve since found an alternative solution (by buying another part through Noble). He offered to replace the parts but not give me a refund. He said for that small of a sale it wasn’t worth it. not very good customer service.
